IRA DRUKIER, RICHARD BORN AND STEVE CASPI
Ira Drukier and Richard Born have developed some of
the most highly noted hotels in NewYork City, including
Mercer, Hotel Elysee, CHAMBERS, the Maritime and in
Miami, the TownHouse. They have delivered a Richard
Meier designed residential property in New York's West
Village and are at work with Robert DeNiro on a hotel
in TriBeCa. Steve Caspi is a developer in Westchester.

DAVID ROCKWELL, ARCHITECT / DESIGN

David S. Rockwell, winner of the 1998 Interiors
Magazine Designer of the Year award, is the founder
and president of Rockwell Group, the renowned New
York architecture and design firm.

Mr. Rockwell is known for creating highly imaginative
and theatrical spaces for a diverse array of clients. In
addition to Chambers and Town, Rockwell Group's
projects include: the Kodak Theatre, the new venue for
the Academy Awards; the Children's Hospital at
Montefiore; the Mohegan Sun Casino; Nobu; and the
dining concourse at Grand Central Terminal
